Jamie works as a UX Research Consultant and Insights Lead at Braingineers. She has a background in applied cognitive psychology with a specialization in digital (customer) behavior. In daily life, she supervises neuro-usability research for clients such as AholdDelhaize, G-Star, T-Mobile, TomTom (and others). Her interest and expertise in understanding online customer behavior was rewarded in 2022 by winning 'Insights professional of the year' from industry association for Data & Insights.
